Chapter 3 Letting Go Is Physical
In this final session, we cover what It feels like when Trauma finally leaves your body. Trauma leaves In layers so It's gentle for your nervous system. We cover:
- Am I going crazy? I don't feel like myself.
- Grounding myself In my body. This Is my safe home.
- Physical symptoms of trauma release: trusting the unknown Is hard.
- Practice deep letting go and find trust and safety In your body.
- Trust Is physical, not just mental.
